I work with adults, teens and children to address a variety of needs including adjustment issues; relationship, family and work stressors; acute stress/traumatic incidents; anxiety symptoms; depression symptoms; behavioral issues and more complex mental health care needs. I use a wide range of therapy approaches because some individuals are comfortable talking about their concerns in detail and some are not. Together we discuss intervention approaches and decide which approaches may work best for you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); nationally Registered Play Therapist (RPT(tm); nationally certified AutPlay Therapist (for adults, youth and children with neurodiversity including Autism, ADHD, and Developmental/Cognitive needs), TheraPlay-Level 1 certified, trained in trauma, and a Master level Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) provider.
