Drawing from an eclectic blend of approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, insight-oriented/Person Centered and the Gottman Method for couples. I provide personalized care that fits your goals and challenges. With years of experience in inpatient settings, I support clients navigating anxiety, panic, borderline personality, social anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, including bipolar and personality disorders. My practice is inclusive and affirming—I am poly/ENM-friendly, transgender-affirming, and sex+/ BDSM/kink-aware. Email preferred. Providing affirming care to the LGBTQ+ community, individuals, couples, poly, kink and lifestyle inclusive. I create an open and accepting environment to allow clients the space they need to talk about and understand their emotions.
