My goal as a therapist is to help you live a more confident, healthier, and more productive on a daily basis. I focus on equipping you with the insight, knowledge, tools, and skills to learn to deal with everyday challenges and stressors. I incorportate elements of CBT, Behavior modification, and Person-centered; I assist clients in uncovering and utilizing their strengths. Whether it is the day-to-day challenges of relationships, social, or academic struggles, or how you feel about yourself (physically or emotionally), I see each client as an individual who is doing their best to find solutions to life's concerns. I believe therapy is a team effort, and together we can explore your concerns to find solutions.
