I work with children and teens who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, family changes, or challenges with school and friendships. Many of my clients want to feel understood, improve communication, and build confidence as they navigate the ups and downs of growing up. I also have experience supporting neurodivergent youth, children in foster care, and those in the LGBTQIA+ community. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where young people can explore their feelings, strengthen coping skills, and discover their resilience.
