I offer a compassionate, respectful environment to help my clients resolve problems, discover strengths, and enhance behavior and relationships. I have experience working with adolescents, individuals, couples and families helping to deal with life's stressors and transitions. My approach is flexible and customized to each person and I believe behavioral adjustments are strong in influencing positive change as to our thoughts and feelings. I have interests in helping people with anxiety and depression, relational issues and trauma, such as sexual abuse, infertility and post-traumatic stress syndrome.
