I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families to work on a variety of conditions, including depression, bipolar, self harm, anxiety, ADHD, stress management, difficulty adjusting to life transitions including peer and family relationship issues. I have also worked with folks in the LGBTQ+ community who are having difficulty with their sexuality and gender identity. I can help with developing coping skills, communication skills, self esteem, and safety planning.
