I believe therapy is a gift you give yourself. Until we have the skills to identify our needs, learn to communicate those needs effectively, and give permission to nurture ourselves, we are not fully liberated to love and take care of one another. You can give yourself the gift of therapy. Allow yourself to sit, pause, feel, think, process, and simply be.
