In my work, I have always strived to help others. Being a therapist & helping others through counseling has truly become my passion. As a first generation eldest Muslim- Pakistani daughter, I have found hope and healing for my clients and for myself in therapy. I firmly believe with a help of a therapist, you can break cycles, and start new patterns. My job is to support you and provide a safe space so you can explore all feelings without judgment. I use a strengths based approach with all my clients. Relationships are a focus of my work, specifically parent-child, family and sibling relationships.
