Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when we are faced with major changes, difficult relationships, or emotions that feel hard to manage. Therapy can offer support in working through these challenges, finding perspective, and developing healthier patterns. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety and mood disorders, trauma/PTSD, relationship dynamics, cultural identity, stress and low-self esteem. My goal is to offer a welcoming space where we can work together to build insight and practical skills that help you move forward with confidence and self-compassion. I approach sessions with empathy, authenticity, and open dialogue. My therapeutic style is strengths-based and holistic, recognizing how both personal and environmental factors shape well-being. While I primarily draw from psychodynamic therapy, I integrate skills from ACT, CBT, and DBT when needed.
