I work collaboratively, helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, stress, life transitions, etc that feel hard to break. My approach blends evidence-based practices with a compassionate, practical mindset. Together, we focus not only on understanding the “why” behind your experiences but also on building the skills and confidence needed for growth
