I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing trauma-focused, anxiety reduction, empowerment-focused therapy since 2019 for teen and adult patients with trauma, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I integrate multiple psychotherapeutic approaches depending on your needs and preferences to give you the insights and tools to feel good about your choices.
