Aloha and E Komo Mai, I'm glad you are here. Life brings waves. Some are gentle, some overwhelming, and at times maybe it feels like too much. You don’t have to figure everything out alone. I believe healing is possible when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported. You already carry strength within you; we’ll work together to find it, build skills & confidence, and help you feel like you again. My approach is warm, person-centered, trauma-informed and humanistic, blending Mindfulness-Based CBT, somatic tools, strengths-based and solution-focused care, and Trauma-Focused CBT.
