I have experience and knowledge working with individuals who live with; depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, schizophrenia/dissociative, PTSD, substance abuse disorder, suicide and self-harm, LGBTQ+, and grief. I have an education in evidence-based therapies, such as but not limited to CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma informed, harm-reduction, and animal assisted therapy.
