About
Every Relationship can be seen as a "long conversation". I can help you have better conversations with the people you love and/or happen to encounter in your daily life. In Individual/Couples/Family (including Sibling) therapy, I can offer new communication skills and increase your understanding and empathy of your own thoughts, feelings, and wants in a way that will make you feel more empowered, more courageous. Getting to know - and accept - our true feelings, intuitions, wants, etc. is the first step to increasing our tenderness towards ourselves and others, and maybe, sometimes, even some inner peace, and a sense of humour. For 45 years I have helped people explore, and come to like, themselves and others. In individual and conjoint therapy I encourage a 'no-fault' perspective. I think of it as 'every one is at their own movie'. But once freed from blaming and defending (ourselves and others), we can feel, at times, true love, and authentic connection.
