Hello! Our lives are like stories; a collection of parts containing beginnings, middles, and endings. Sometimes, these stories discourage us from embodying true authenticity and acceptance for all aspects of ourselves. In my practice, I honor this and strive to co-create a place where my clients can explore the stories they have, redefine the futures they want, and obtain the tools to get there. I enjoy supporting teens, young adults, the LGBTQIA+ community, and neurodiverse folks, along with survivors of complex trauma. Whether we are navigating interpersonal distress, grief, or transition periods, our stories deserve to be told. With every client, I offer a therapeutic relationship that values collaboration, genuineness, compassion, and allows for the complexity of our identity layers and life narratives to be emphasized. I like highlighting those interests that fulfill us, such as video games, tv shows, movies, and other media we cherish, as they can reflect so much of who we are.
