I am an LSW with several years of experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, across various settings (school, outpatient, and partial care/intensive outpatient). I have supported individuals struggling with a range of diagnoses and issues, such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, ASD, grief and loss, and trauma. I emphasize the importance of the biopsychosocial model, understanding how all areas of life influence mental wellness, and I strive to help clients create balanced and meaningful lives.
