I work from a person-centered, trauma-informed perspective, which simply means that I meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you move toward the changes you’re hoping for. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. As a member of both the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, I deeply value creating a space where every part of you is welcomed and respected.
