Sara Clairmont is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with individuals and couples to accept and unpack the past, encourage growth, and support overall wellness. Her clinical areas of interest are depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, self esteem, life stage transitions as well as relationship struggles (parenting, partner and peer). Sara utilizes a holistic, person-centered, eclectic approach to therapy rooted in strength-based, insight-oriented, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma focused theories and therapeutic techniques.
