There is so much beauty in being honest and vulnerable. As a therapist, it is a privilege to be able to create a safe space for my clients; a space that gives them an opportunity to build awareness and resilience. Seeking therapy does not indicate failure or brokenness, in fact it is an act of strength and an act of responsibility to respect and honor one's self. I specialize in trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety of all ages. I'm a certified Brainspotting therapist and have trainings in EMDR and TF-CBT. I also have received training through IITAP to work specifically with betrayal trauma.
