I’m accepting new clients & have afternoon availability. Are you experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, or symptoms from past trauma? Is your teen having difficulties with peer relationships, school, or self-confidence? I work with adolescents and adults who may struggle with these symptoms. I understand that everyone experiences life differently, and provide personalized care that addresses the needs of each individual client. Populations I have worked with in the past include: LGBTQ, adolescents, young adults and families. I hope to assist you along your journey to self-discovery and greater life satisfaction! I offer an empathetic therapeutic experience in a relaxed and comfortable setting. My therapeutic approach draws upon various modalities including EMDR, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I can help you build healthy coping skills while helping you navigate life's difficulties.
