If you are ready to set some personal goals and engage in growth, I would love to work with you. I work to meet you where you are, identifying goals in our intake session so that we can choose an evidence based curriculum that best fits your needs. I have experience with and utilize substance curriculums, anger management, trauma focused, grief focused, mindfulness based as well as a curriculum focused on becoming more open. In our first session I would love to hear your goals. You can expect to answer questions like "How do you see your life in 6 months... ideally, what is different?". We will also discuss treatment history and symptom history. Most importantly we will set evidence based, realistic goals that best serve you.
