I offer a warm, person-centered, and solution-focused approach coupled with a comprehensive trauma lens to treat acute and chronic mental health symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, and mood disturbances, and relational issues, such as grief/loss, parenting issues, and other relational dynamics. With a strong background in School Psychology working with children and teens with Autism, ADHD and learning disabilities to help promote self-growth and confidence.
