Therapy enables clients to safely examine painful emotions, false beliefs, and the unhelpful actions that accompany them, all on a foundation of established trust and objective acceptance. It is important that my clients feel their needs are met and they are heard. Clients can develop a better sense of self and improve the quality of their experiences and relationships with others by incorporating insights with tools and strategies for wellness in therapy.
