I greatly enjoy working with adults (18+) who are a part of the LGBTQ+ community and/or folks navigating gender identity, perfectionism, life transitions, anxiety, and self-worth/self-compassion. I thrive when working with those who are motivated, curious, and who identify as deep thinkers and deep feelers. I also resonate deeply and work well with activists and community organizers. The modalities I use the most include narrative therapy, self-compassion work, DBT, and ACT. I care deeply about social justice and bring an anti-oppressive, feminist, and queer lens to my work.
