I believe that one of the key components to successful therapy is fostering a strong therapeutic alliance through having compassion, empathy and respect for my clients. I use a non-judgmental, strengths-based and client-centered approach. I believe that seeking therapy is an important decision that shows personal courage and vulnerability. My approach to therapy is integrative, collaborative, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I enjoy working with adults living with perinatal mood disorders, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, or who are going through a life transition.
