I believe every person has something valuable to offer the world and that growth, healing, and change are always possible. Our brains are adaptive, and with the right support, we can build new pathways for connection, regulation, and self-understanding. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with Autism, ADHD, and Down Syndrome. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected as their full selves. I also love working with caregivers, parents and siblings to help navigate through family dynamics and communication.
