If you feel deeply, see the world differently, and are curious about healing, I’m here for that journey. I support adults—especially creatives, empaths, and LGBTQIA+ folks—ready to gently explore trauma, burnout, identity, and anxiety. My work blends talk therapy with EMDR and somatic approaches for those craving depth beyond words. I also lead Artists' Ally, an organization offering mental health support to the film, TV, and theater worlds. I support folks navigating trauma, anxiety, identity, and the creative or LGBTQIA+ journey. I blend EMDR, IFS, somatics, mindfulness, and yoga—even virtually. With 10+ years in diverse settings, I bring a grounded, inclusive, compassionate presence to the space we co-create.
