Why is it that the most important relationship in our lives is often the one that gets the least attention? Self-care is so essential, and yet many of us leave it for last or skip it all together. Many of us in today’s society feel enormous pressure to do and have it all, often at the expense of our happiness and mental health. The resulting anxiety, stress, and depression can be difficult to manage on your own. In my practice, I focus on the therapeutic relationship and interpersonal connection, as I believe that trust and an open dialogue are the first steps in achieving meaningful change.
