About

I work with individual adults, couples, and teens (16+), inclusive of all sexual orientations and gender expressions. I hold space for the unique and whole person. This is core to my work in helping individuals and couples understand the struggles that create conflict in their life and to help them embrace the change they want. My approach is client-centered and holistic. I use evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Humanistic Therapy. I also practice from an Internal Family Systems model and use Gottman methods when working with couples.
