I know firsthand that it's absolutely possible to live a life that feels more expansive and grounded. As a queer and AuDHD therapist myself, I support my clients in navigating the complexities that come with living in a world that was not designed for us. I specialize in working with fellow neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ adults struggling with the impacts of trauma, overwhelm, anxiety, depression, burnout, disconnection, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. My approach integrates extensive education and training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic, and Psychodynamic therapies. I offer a warm and compassionate space that allows you to work towards breaking patterns of stuckness, healing past trauma and hurt, and forming a deeper connection and trust in yourself and your body.
