As a bilingual therapist with over two decades of experience across clinical and community settings, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, and couples from diverse backgrounds. My approach is eclectic, integrating evidence-based techniques with compassion, structure, and I'm a bilingual therapist, I've worked with individuals across the lifespan from children to older adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, family and marital problems.
