I am a Licensed Master’s of Social Work in New York State, experienced in the following treatment modalities including Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), depending on the needs of each client. My areas of specialty lean towards clients struggling with anxiety, depression, marital issues, school-related anxiety, grief, complicated family dynamics, boundary setting, self-esteem, trauma, and adjustment disorders. I also work with clients experiencing OCD, using Exposure-Response Prevention (ERP) to improving quality of life.
