I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have over 25 years of experience working with children and families here and in the Midwest. My ideal client is an individual with infants or young children, either in the adjustment to parenthood or in the challenges that come with caring for a young child. I also have experience working with individuals who may be experiencing anxiety or depression, family problems, stress, trauma/abuse, and difficulties with relationships. My specialties include maternal mental health, pregnancy, and parenthood. I am also well-versed in 12-step recovery and codependency.
