However life’s challenges may be showing up in your present moment, I can help you build a relationship with your own inner strengths, thereby helping you heal. Sometimes growth best occurs within the context of a relationship; in addition to working with individuals, I work with couples and families. I am an integrative therapist with a particular focus on attachment relationships and emotion—and with great gentleness and occasional humor, I will work with you on your relationship with your feelings.
