I’m a certified Brainspotting practitioner and a licensed professional counselor working under supervision. I specialize in supporting adults and children navigating anxiety, depression, identity issues, and PTSD. My approach integrates gentle somatic and cognitive therapies to support healing of both mind and body. Together, we create a nonjudgmental space to expand awareness, foster growth, and promote lasting healing. I work under the supervision of Kelle Arend, a registered play therapist.
