Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. This is where I try to connect with you in a deep way over a virtual platform and I assume I know what you are going through. To be honest, I don't. But I know pain. I know you know pain too and although we may have had some of the same pains, it's my job to get to know yours and help you find a way through it that is bearable and meaningful. Most people don't know what to do when you are hurting and when they try, it often makes it worse. I know there is no magic wand to erase your pain, but I also know a way through it.
