Hi, I'm Sara. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDR trained clinician who is committed to working collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals. I utilize a calm and compassionate approach when working with clients as I strive to provide a safe environment to facilitate opportunities for clients to grow and enhance their strengths. I had the honor of working at a residential treatment center where I supported teens, adults, and families navigate complex trauma, past abuse, and persistent mental health struggles like depression and anxiety, disordered eating, & substance use.
