Life can be beautiful. It can also be confusing, overwhelming, and painful. I believe that counseling helps us to explore our thoughts and feelings with someone else - to understand ourselves better and grow in the process. This growth can promote self-compassion, self-acceptance, and self-love. Some of my experience centers on working with those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, loss, body-related issues, low self-image, and issues surrounding sex.
