I provide a judgment-free environment where you can safely explore personal difficulties, identify your unique strengths, and develop the skills needed for lasting, deep healing. No matter what challenges you are facing, you can change and improve your quality of life. I work from a strengths-based approach to empower clients struggling with anxiety, depression, attachment issues, emotional & behavioral regulation, and overall life transitions and challenges. My clients are children, teens, adults, and families. Children under age 10 are accepted on a case-by-case basis. And I offer art therapy to individuals and groups.
