Major life transitions—like a diagnosis, a death, or a shift in faith—often strip away the labels we used to define ourselves. If you are in the midst of a faith deconstruction, navigating spiritual abuse, or adjusting to a long-term illness, you might feel a profound sense of disorientation. I help clients grieve the life they thought they would have, so they can embrace the life they are actually living. I offer a safe, affirming space where you can voice suppressed doubts and fears. Specializing in grief, religious trauma, faith transitions, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, along with chronic pain and chronic health challenges. I partner with my clients to move through major life shifts, untangling grief and shame to embrace core values. My approach is drawn from my advanced education, lived experience, & 10+ years in practice.
