I am a Mental Health Counselor who takes a person-centered approach to therapy. This means that I make sure to focus therapy on the needs and goals of the client. I truly believe that every client has the ability to make the change they want to see in their life. This work is collaborative, and I am honored to walk alongside you in your journey. I have a degree in Developmental Psychology and an Advanced Certificate in Mental Health Counseling. I work with adults, teens, and children. Current in person availability in Rhinebeck or telehealth.
