Hello! My name is Sara Gibson, LCSW, M.Ed, SEP, RYT-500. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner & Assistant, Meditation Facilitator, Art Educator, and Embodiment Coach. I am a Trauma-Informed, Holistic Therapist utilizing Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, and EMDR. I know the importance of mind, body, heart, and spirit connection and balance to heal and grow on life's path. We are not these separate pieces of ourselves. We must heal as a whole.
