It might feel like the world is just going off the walls right now and I agree! But we don't have to go at it alone. I know firsthand how demanding life can be, all while trying to hold a job, have good relationships with people, be a good parent (or try to) and tend to my own needs. I feel that deeply. I'm humbled daily by how much effort it can take to just get through a day, let alone deal with a personal crisis. I get it, I've been there, and for over 15 years I've supported adults and children navigating life.
