Every person has a story and is a treasure worth knowing. My heart is for others to see their life as a story that continues to be written and has purpose. Often, past experiences and learned ways of doing life impact our present hopes, aims and dreams. We get stuck. As a therapist with 18 years of experience, my focus on story and purpose has not changed, but my growth and expertise have. My main focus is adult individuals struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma. I also see adolescence and children. My background also includes working with leaders in ministry, law enforcement, addiction and life stressors.
