I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes the therapeutic relationship is the most important element of a positive counseling experience. I help assist my clients to envision the lives that they want, to find the path toward their vision, and to harness personal strength to accomplish their goals. A therapist helps to restore emotional balance, confidence, and peace of mind. We will collaborate using cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused techniques, along anxiety resolution, mindfulness, and humor to help you be more empowered, relaxed, and engaged in life.
