As a therapist, I believe in meeting clients where they are - with compassion, authenticity and without judgment. I work with clients ranging in age from adolescents to elder adults navigating a range of challenges including mood disorders, anxiety, psychotic disorders, trauma and substance use recovery. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard. I use a strengths-based, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
