Are you wrestling with how your life is impacted by your own disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity? These are questions and anxieties that are difficult to navigate on your own. It can be helpful to have an unbiased person to turn to so you can process and understand how your intersectional identities can impact your life and the lives of your loved ones. I approach therapy from an mindful, trauma-informed and social justice lens. I understand that each client needs an individualized approach; as a result, I use many modalities in my sessions, including somatic, strength-based, and person-centered therapy. My therapy style tends to be conversational, non-judgmental, and encouraging.
