I am not your everyday therapist – I started college as an accounting major! I discovered my passion for helping others through my life journey, but I do still bring an organized, methodical approach to my practice. I take a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I am passionate about building authentic relationships where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered in their healing journey. I have experience working with adolescents navigating mental health challenges as well as adults facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, grief, life transitions, and relational difficulties.
