My philosophy is that each of us will face challenges as we encounter experiences over our lifetime. I believe that we each possess the power to accept, adapt, and/or heal as these concerns arise within us. I see my role as a counselor to be present and support you in that process, both emotionally and through the application of therapeutic techniques.
