My goal is to create a welcoming environment for everyone I work with and to provide a safe, comfortable space to help you grow. Every individual is unique in their own way and requires their own personalized plan, as a result, I utilize a variety of therapy methods depending on what works best for the client. You and I will work together to develop an individualized treatment plan around your specific needs and goals. I'm an anti-racist therapist with experience working with the LGBTQ+ community, non-monogamous relationships, neurodivergent individuals, those dealing with chronic illnesses, and more. I provide a space for you to be your authentic self. You are seen, heard, and valued as the unique individual you are. You can rely on me and get guidance when life challenges you.
